Elevated rooftop frames, solar carports and ground-mount structures — engineered steel that holds your panels through wind and weather.
A solar system is only as good as the structure under it. AEIW fabricates elevated solar mounting structures engineered for Karachi's wind loads — so your investment stays on the roof, not on the news.
We fabricate and install elevated rooftop structures that free up your roof space underneath, solar carport structures that shade vehicles while generating power, and ground-mount frames for open plots. Columns, rafters and purlins are fabricated in our Landhi workshop, painted or galvanized, and erected by our own crews.
We work alongside your solar installer: we deliver the completed structure with correct panel spacing, orientation and mounting rails ready, and their team fits the panels and electricals.
Yes — sections, bracing and anchor bolts are sized for the structure's height and exposure. Wind uplift is the main failure risk for solar structures, so we design for it rather than just welding standard sections.
We build and hand over the complete mounting structure. Panel fixing and electrical work is done by your solar company on our frame — we coordinate spacing and rail positions with them in advance.
Standard elevated structures run 8–12 feet clear height so the roof below stays usable; custom heights are engineered on request.
